Running a community, a team, or a leadership cohort? I’d love to bring these conversations to your room this launch season.
Silvio Sangineto works in Silicon Valley, where ideas become roadmaps, roadmaps become products, and decisions about technology quickly become decisions about people.
He is the founder of Lift Leaders, where he runs an AI-Native leadership platform and coaches founders and executives through the shift AI is forcing on their organizations. He is also a Principal Design Manager at Microsoft and an Adjunct Lecturer at Stanford, and his work sits where artificial intelligence, product experience, and leadership meet: helping teams turn emerging technology into products, and helping organizations prepare for what that technology changes.
The book began with a gap he kept meeting in his own work — systems moving faster than the judgment of the people deploying them. Watching leaders spend ninety minutes debating whether a model was accurate enough to ship, and ninety seconds on what it would do to the people who depended on it, convinced him the bottleneck in the Intelligence Era was not computational. It was human. He calls it the Human Readiness Gap.
Silvio was born in southern Italy and lived and worked across several countries before making Silicon Valley his home. That distance between two worlds — one shaped by technology’s acceleration, the other by a deeply human sense of work and community — still shapes how he thinks about progress.
